Our Story
Building Bridges Between Local Businesses and Their Communities
LeadFlow is a category-exclusive local lead generation platform that turns in-person community engagement into qualified business leads. We connect local businesses with real families through farmers markets, giveaways, and digital funnels -- building trust one handshake at a time.
Where It All Began
Born at the River Park Farmers Market
It started with a simple observation at the River Park Farmers Market in Fresno, CA. Every Tuesday evening, thousands of engaged families would pour through the market -- sampling local food, enjoying live music, and connecting with their community. The energy was incredible, but something was missing.
Local businesses had no way to capture and follow up with those leads. Vendors handed out flyers that ended up in the trash. Service providers set up booths but left with nothing more than a vague hope that people would remember them. All that foot traffic, all that genuine community engagement -- and no system to turn it into actual business growth.
LeadFlow was born to solve this gap. Built and operated by the California Fresh Farmers Market Association (CFFMA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, LeadFlow uses sponsor-branded prize giveaways, interest-based entry forms, and smart digital funnels to capture leads right there at the event -- and then routes them instantly to the right sponsor based on their stated interests and demographics. No more wasted opportunities. No more guessing. Just real leads from real community members, delivered in real time.
The CFFMA has been connecting Central Valley communities with fresh food and local farmers since 1999. Today, the organization operates multiple certified farmers markets across the region, including the River Park Farmers Market -- Fresno's largest weekly certified California farmers market for more than 20 years. LeadFlow extends that same community-first mission by helping local businesses grow through genuine, in-person connections.
What Drives Us
Mission & Vision
Our Mission
“To give every local service business access to a predictable, community-powered lead generation engine that builds trust and drives growth.”
We believe that every local business -- from solar installers to dentists to insurance agents -- deserves a reliable way to connect with their community and grow their customer base, without competing in impersonal ad auctions or relying on word-of-mouth alone.
Our Vision
“A world where local businesses thrive through genuine community connections, not impersonal digital advertising.”
We envision a future where every community event becomes a growth engine for local businesses. Where trust is built face-to-face, relationships are nurtured digitally, and neighborhoods flourish because their service providers succeed.
What We Stand For
Our Values
These six principles guide every product decision, every partnership, and every interaction at LeadFlow.
Community First
We believe in the power of local connections. Every decision we make starts with the question: does this strengthen the community?
Category Exclusivity
Fair play means no competing sponsors. Each business category gets one exclusive partner per event -- no overlap, no competition.
Transparency
Real leads, real data, real results. Our sponsors see exactly where every lead comes from and how every dollar is spent.
Innovation
We blend physical community events with digital automation -- giveaways, interest-based qualification, and real-time routing that just works.
Partnership
We grow when our sponsors grow. Their success is our success, and we treat every partner relationship as a long-term investment.
Measurability
Every lead tracked, every dollar accounted for. If it can't be measured, it can't be improved -- and we measure everything.

Where We Operate
Our Community
From the heart of Fresno to communities across the Central Valley, LeadFlow is woven into the fabric of local events that bring people together.
River Park Farmers Market
Our flagship location and where it all began. Every Tuesday evening from 5 to 9 PM, the River Park Farmers Market draws over 2,000 families to Fresno's vibrant River Park shopping district at the SE corner of Blackstone and Nees. Fresh produce, food trucks, local vendors, and live entertainment create the perfect atmosphere for genuine community engagement. LeadFlow integrates naturally into the market experience -- attendees enter sponsor-branded giveaways, share their interests for extra entries, and our sponsors receive qualified leads instantly.
Central Valley Events
Beyond Fresno, LeadFlow powers lead generation at community events across the Central Valley -- from Clovis and Visalia to Bakersfield and Modesto. Wherever families gather, local food is served, and live music plays, you'll find a LeadFlow booth helping local businesses connect with their future customers in a warm, community-driven setting.
Local Food & Produce
Farm-fresh fruits, vegetables, and artisan goods from Central Valley growers create the draw that brings families out every week.
Live Music & Entertainment
Local bands and performers keep the energy high while families linger longer -- giving sponsors more time to connect with attendees.
Family-Friendly
These are family events at their core -- parents, kids, and neighbors all engaging with their community in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Natural Integration
LeadFlow fits seamlessly into the event experience. Attendees scan, enter, and engage -- all without disrupting the market atmosphere.
